I’ve been progressing in the park lately but something has been keeping me from unlocking my (close to full) potential in therms of technique.
ive noticed (by films and by comments) that when I initiate onto a rail, that I kinda land squatting down ( ass low) instead of leg straight as high.
any tips on fixing this?
also I find that my stance is very aggressive any ways on how to loosen that aggressiveness?
