ShredsaucerI was wandering if I should get a pair of on3p mangos. I already have a nice pair of poachers that I use for all mountain and carving but I am trying to get a ski for 100% park no carving. Are the on3ps mangos a good option? And money isn’t an issue.

steez_apprenticeWhat are your goals for purely park tho? Different skis suit different styles
ShredsaucerMy old skis were kinda stiff so I’m trying to get som softer and a little more buttery. And I am probably gonna using these mainly for rails and jibs with som jumping.

JSwatz19Have a sick pair of Jeffrey 110s for sale if you're looking for an all mountain/park setup. Fully custom, have to sell before I move out of my apartment. Willing to hook someone up
jumpman101Get moment frankenskis I have had the worst luck with the newer on3p. My 2009 filthy riches are kicking it still but the on3p durability has suffered since 2013
CalculatorBorrowed some mangos recently and was pretty surprised by how stiff they felt. Hadn’t skied on3p and don’t do a ton of park anymore and they were super fun to cruise rails on. Pretty stable imo. They’ll butter if you want to but aren’t the noodles I had come to expect. Skis themselves felt pretty bulletproof quality wise
weatcoastnot sure what the long time stigma is about on3p being a noodle ski? I swear for the past like 7 years on this site everyone is always so surprised when they find out they’re not soft. Kinda funny how people see rocker and assume it’s a noodle lol.
Rparron3ps were the skis that made me realize I hate riding noodle skis
steez_apprenticeIs there anyone whose owned both mango and magnus that can vouch?

Schoessbest park weapon I've ever been on. It loves jumps, rails, butters, speed
muffMan.How short are you

steez_apprenticewatching people like magnus and hackel butter and nollie them so well is what made me think they were super soft, now that I own a pair I can confirm they are NOT super soft but definitely not super stiff either
weatcoasttru you right. That being said the mango is probably the softest ski they’ve ever made. It’s not as heavy/bricky as the Jeffrey layup and the ski will actually bend. That combined with the rocker shape makes it rather easy to butter / nollie, IF you really put your weight into it and have properly fitting boots. Otherwise they perform as the solid ski on3p has been known for making.
@iggyskier yall fucking nailed it to a t with this design. Hopefully it stays around for a long time.
steez_apprenticemight end up getting myself a pair down the line instead of vishnus whenever my magnus' break
steez_apprenticeI ride the Magnus’, which I think (not sure) Are a similar ski to the mango. My skis hold great in all conditions, and are relatively stiff with a soft tip and tail. Not sure tho. Is there anyone whose owned both mango and magnus that can vouch?
