Matchstick’s “Anywhere from Here” views the world of possibility from the eyes of Woodring — who started skiing at age 6 in Sun Valley, Idaho, was recently signed by Oakley and has been called a skiing prodigy. He skis year-round (winters at Copper Mountain and summers in Mt. Hood or Europe) and dreams of competing in X Games, which seems likely. His nickname, Shredz, came from “the older dudes” who...blah blah blah
CoachTrifesYou don't get sponsored for tricks. Companies sponsor the person itself, talking real sponsorships.
Ask yourself, why should a ski company invest their resources into you ? Answer that question for yourself and you'll find out.
Hint: it's definitely not because of tricks, it's bigger and more influential than that.

BradFiAusNzCoCaThere are many grey areas of sponsorships. In fact, many kids you see on social media repping companies aren’t actually “sponsored”
BradFiAusNzCoCaWhat level we talking about here with sponsorship?
what is your definition of a sponsorship? There are many grey areas of sponsorships. In fact, many kids you see on social media repping companies aren’t actually “sponsored”
Farmville420Was gonna say this, I know like 3 dudes from my home mountain who have very limited tricks, not a huge social media presence, but they contribute a lot to the local scene and are great people to be around. Some ski companies want you to have quads and 15k followers on insta, others just want you to be an honest representative of the companies beliefs / values or whatever.

AshShredsI know i’m probably nowhere near getting any type of sponsor, but I just want to know what a good trick that might be sponsor worthy even a really really minor sponsor.
