BigmoneyMattit's because you don't know how to ski, learn how to ski and ur problem will be fixed.
Sk3islyfOn 5s that I don’t die on, I usually land with my hands dragging the landing so any tips to land more perpendicular to the landing would be appreciated.
tominiemenmaaThere's something iffy in your bindings for sure, I'd get them checked. But it also sounds like you land your weight VERY far from centered, which isn't helping the situation. There's something wrong with your set but it's pretty much impossible to tell without seeing a clip for a trick that complicated. Do you land very backseat on your forward landings?
I'd choose a binding releasing too early every time over a binding not releasing at all. Be careful about cranking your dins higher and don't try to fix a trick set problem by adjusting your bindings.
Sk3islyfForwards landings are spot on. Never really land backseat on them and am always pretty centered. I don’t really have a clip of it happening which is unfortunate because I’d love to self analyze. I have noticed that when I do 5s off jumps with flatter landings they seem to end better for me.
