Film.I had only lifted in highschool for sport and never got super into it. In 2021 when gyms reopened I started going hard lifting and running 4/5 days a week. Dropped fat I put on during covid, gained a lot of muscle, and got my V02 max high. This season I’ve been skiing better than ever before. I feel strong on my feet, I don’t feel tired at the end of laps, I can stomp deep landings and washouts cause I’ve been incorpor
