Patriot Tru-Strap/Atomic Dual Strap alternative

Bought some Velcro straps for like $11 and mounted them under my booster straps, and routed them under the tongue. This feels baller as hell and I highly recommend it since the patriot straps have been sold out for a while.






Also if anyone cares I use nail polish remover to get all the graphics off. It's not easy though.

Yeah, this is a good mod. Built my Dropkicks with the Zipfit strap to lock the liner to the shell, and a World Cup Booster on top. Works like a charm. I think it's even better than the Patriot Tru strap 🤷‍♂️

Hah that's funny you should say that because I ordered a ZipFit strap a few minutes ago because they're much more stout. Should hold better and last longer.

I'm using the "expert" booster w these, actually just switched from my 12 flex(~130 flex?) tongues back to the 10's(~120 flex). Setups feeling pretty dialed, I bet it'll be even better with the zip strap! I agree I like this better than the Tru-straps

You should boost to the rabbit hole and order the god tier liners (=Zipfits) as well. They beat the Intuition stock liners 100-0.

I've had them, the Freerides. Hated the soft upper cuff after a while. Gonna get Garas next season fosho

Nail polish remover and a cotton ball. Came off super easy compared to the graphics on the shells
