DustyPencilTalk to your bootfitter about this!! As a side note, double check this but most shops nowadays offer free adjustments if you buy your boots from them along with some kind of 'fit guarantee'. If your shop does offer this, its always easier to make more room in a shell than remove it...
Even if your shop doesn't offer free adjustments, talk with your fitter and they can probably point you in the right direction by either offering new insight or allowing you to use a more 'generic' footbed in the boot to test it while in the shop.
