eheathJust to be serious for a minute, as borty said we don't have access to DMs and even if we did, you can't expect someone who is a volunteer to being actively monitoring DMs, that would be far too much to ask from the mods on this forum.
The report system is our first ever attempt to expedite the process of banning people who break the rules. So far about 95% of reports aren't for bannable offenses, mostly people just trolling/misunderstand what the report function is for, so there are still many things to iron out with this system. Hopefully this will help NS into the future with people like milfhunter who come back and the mods have no idea.
Most trolls/people who break the rules use VPNs to hide their IP, we can't really identify these people outside of observing their behavior, people like you who know how these people act can be very helpful and you report of 'krunt' helped us determine it was milfhunter.
We have always told people to message us if they have issues, we have stickied threads that have been used for years to report things that should be deleted, but we always will miss things and not see every rule breaking post.
TLDR stop blaming the mods and show that you actually care about this website by contributing in a constructive way, keep trolling/shit talking whatever but if you think someone is an alias for a member that shouldn't be using this website, just message someone or report them, or both.
