How do you guys deal with bad days while skiing?

feel like recently every other day skiing has been me feeling like im skiing like shit. How do you guys deal with this?

Take it easy, and don’t put pressure on yourself to do something hard when you’re not in the right zone for it. Sometimes you have to go back to the basics and slow things down to get better. Find something easy to practice and perfect the fundamentals. Also music helps a lot, for me at least.
