Ummm.. looks like the west coast is about to get battered down to some seriously low elevations...
I'm actually really annoyed all of a sudden I am not there because I would love to go ski tour some of these places that are only skiable a few times in a lifetime...
I mean... there are winter weather advisories and winter storm warnings in places like Riverside, Escondito, and El Cajon - places that are infinitely more likely to be featured on the cover of Thrasher than Powder (rip)...
There is a literal blizzard warning in the mountains north of LA - literally half of LA county is under BLIZZARD WARNING that's unreal.
San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose are all under frost advisory... The entire northern COAST of California from Point Arena to the Oregon Border is all under winter storm warning - at th Ocean. Stockton, California - in the pit of the San Joaquin Couny - Winter Storm Warning.
It all extends into Oregon, with all of Western Oregon to the Ocean being under winter storm warning... Portland has a wind chill advisory going on - that's shit you usually only see in like, Canada and stuff.
Pretty unprecedented, and I cannot wait to see all the wild places people are about to get to go skiing over the next few days...
