Can someone tell me what i’m doing wrong

I decided to send a side flip for the first time today and I kept landing on my side. I can do it on trampoline every time so i’m wondering why I kept landing wrong. Thanks

When you throw ur arm down it makes you spin, you almost gotta do the same thing and dip your shoulder

Now that I rewatch, I think ur throwing it back too much when you throw ur arm but maybe try throwing it a little in front of you

Small jump might be more approachable/comfortable but now you gotta do the rotation faster.. which is harder, especially for the first time. I guess if u want it to happen on that jump, just whip it even harder.

Pop harder and throw the rotation with your shoulders/head more instead of your hand
