Replying to Capeesh Customer Support
gonna get some hate for this one
i bought a new giacca and before even skiing with it the bottom synch broke, thinkings it’s a manufacturer defect.
well I messaged them on insta and sent them an email. It’s been a week since I’ve messaged them on insta and 5 days since I emailed them. They have not responded to either (I think one week is a pretty generous response time)
I spent $250 on this jacket so for the synch to be breaking before even wearing it along with no customer support is ridiculous.
