I got my skis mounted in October at a local shop. I did not do any tightening of the screws but I just looked at my bases after getting them waxed and i see a bulge right where the screw is on the bottom. Should i loosen the screw or leave it?
If they had drilled to far they would have gone through the base. I would have to say they used the wrong length screw. Are those griffons? If they are, they probably used the 14mm screws were a 12 should be and vice versa.
Make sure you have them pull out all the screws to see where the lost shorty is. Its likely that your working with half a screw in another hole.
New ski day baby! Go make them buy you new shit. Also, mount your own stuff next time so the stoned otherwise unemployable 19/47 year old doesn't ruin your shit again

They are marker 11 shitty binding I know but they did not look like this until today.

this is a valid point, I have yet to screw up a customers mount because I know its coming out of my pocket if I do
My ski shop also messed up my brand new blends and theres a big dimple in the bottom of them now. I have already put two days on them now though so would that affect them being able to fix it / put it on me since i didn't bring them back in right away?
