I probably know the answer to my own question already, but I figured I still reach out for some guidance. I have very large feet, and I wear a size 16 shoe. Finding ski boots in my size is very difficult, and there is literally only one option from HEAD that I can find. Does anyone else have this issue? If you do is there any other options that you know of? If does anyone else have any luck sizing down?
Your shoe size is not your foot size. Start with a cm measurement of your bare foot. That cm length is the mondopoint size you should start with (not necessarily end with). That will help point you in the right direction. After that, make an appointment with the best boot fitter in your area. This person will take other measurements about your foot/leg and match you with the appropriate boot.
