Best Insoles?

Sidas are good.

Bootpro is crap, i have a pair that are basically falling apart with very few days.

Anything will probably be better than stock, especially worn out stock units.

Sidas custom footbeds have been great for me. That being said, Eveyone has different needs and budgets. Figure out whether you’ve got a high, low or medium arch and give a trim-to-fit footbed a go before dropping 200$ on some customs.

Footbeds that come In stock liners offer zero support and should only be used to wipe your ass

Sole. Mold at home in your oven - trim to fit - multiple thicknesses, widths, and materials - all for about $40-$60. I've been rocking them for years in all of my boots with zero complaints.

Im a big fan of BootDoc but like everyone says its what fits your foot. Superfeet are cheap but they dont really change with your foot shape, the Boot Doc and Sidas jawns do though which is what you want. I had a pair of Soles and they fell apart after a month of skiing so I don't tend to recommend those but my experience may have been a one off. If you can go custom from a podiatrist like JITY says it is 100% worth, just got a pair this season and they are so minty

That's a bummer to hear. FWIW Soles have bee super durable for me. On multiple occasions I've bought a new pair of boots and just switched my footbeds from my old boots to the new without needing to replace them. I think my current pair are on season number four.

I’m a special case because I have the worst arches and smallest heels you will ever see. so, I went ahead and did surefoot. If you have any foot condition try and get health insurance to pay for it or at-least some of it. If not SOLE makes in my opinion the best. Cork insoles are the best. They last forever, they mold to your feet better than foam ever will and stay molded for longer. I backpacked for a month and 480 miles and i still use them every day in my regular shoes. THEY WILL NOT BE SQUISHY, i can not stress this enough but, your feet will not move in the boot. SUPPORT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSHIONING. So go to rei or whatever your outdoor outfitter is and try different ones on seeing which one cradles your heel and your arch and cut the toebox to your liking. Wear them in your shoes (preferably a supportive shoe like vans or anything of that nature just no squishy running shoes) for a few weeks and you will save hundreds of dollars and enormous amounts of foot pain. please DM me if you have any more questions.

kinda depends, if your boots fit how they should then youd ideally need the race one as it takes up less space than the comfort one
