Hitting rails switch

Im super confident skiing around the mountain switch and can pretty much ski any run switch, but Im really struggling hitting features switch. I can only seem to stay straight when I look back up the mountain, whenever I look over my shoulder at the feature im approaching, I start to turn that direction so I end up just missing it. Its fine on jumps, because they are wide enough and if I accidentally turn a bit or am not dead straight, its not a problem, but with features like rails where you have to be precise, I just end up missing them if i try to look down at them. Any ideas?

Work on carving left and right while switch. Not necessarily over each shoulder just the one that you’re comfy with. Do this over and over it will definitely help you kinda re-learn edge control. Like not just fast and wide carves but small and tight ones too where you’re edge-slipping and scrubbing speed. This will help a ton when hitting rails switch because you’ll be able to dial in your speed in a comfy manner. Could also pick out certain features on a run like a little stick in the snow or a little ice ball and try to either go over it or get real close as you go by.

I have this same problem, what helped me was to start skiing switch onto a skinnier box, and looking at the end of the rail the entire time. Then once you get that down move onto an actual rail
