Replying to Snow conditions

it could snow up to 38 inches this week and I’m wondering how the snow quality is gonna be. The bulk of the storm will be in 22 to 26 fahrenheit temperatures and then it’s gonna go down to the -15 to -18 range with a little more snow falling on top of the rest of the snow. Just wondering if it’s still gonna be soft or will it get chalky or crusty since it started off warm then got cold
