Best Epoxy for Repairing Bases?

Sorry for asking a question that is probably all over this site, but can anyone link me to the best epoxy to use to repair deep core shots that are exposing edge material on ski bases? I've heard of people using West System G/Flex, J-B Weld Original, and locktite marine... and I've read that melting p-tex over an epoxy repair can improve its performance too. Any gurus out there that can steer me in the right direction? I'm trying to fill about a 2" section of nearly blown out edge on my bases. Thank you!

Post a pic of the damage and I'm sure people will chime in on the best way to approach the repair

I'd love to get some thoughts on this too. I recently "repaired" some skis where I had broken a lot of the edges out, I used JB weld 5 minute epoxy. That broke out pretty damn fast, even after letting it set for more than the recommended time and filing it down so it was less likely to snag on stuff. They're street skis now anyway, but would be interested in more durable solutions if they exist

I used JB weld on my first massive core shot (west coast skier). Made sure to clean it up really well, and nice ptex over it, holding up really well since early december
All times are Eastern (-5)
