So I have a bit of a track record of destroying skis quickly and I don’t understand why. Most recently, my icelantic nomad 95s are on their deathbed from edge damage/ base separation after only around 40-50 days of park skiing. Is it normal for a ski (specifically one known for its durability like the nomads) to get this fucked up this fast? Probably in the range of 30-40 cracks, a couple sections are missing entirely and of course theres a massive hole in the sidewall which fills with snow, making my ski higher on one side than the other. Should I just make another attempt at repairing this or do I need new skis asap? I’ve tried filling the crack/clamping with jb weld, 3M 5200 and recently I used Gflex epoxy but they all bust back open in a couple days of skiing.
