Looking to get a set of Volkl Revolt 104's and cant decide between sizes. 5' 10" 185lbs. Currently have K2 marksmans in 177 and want them longer for more effective edge with the rocker being long. Revolts are rockered quite a bit too and cant decide between the 180 or 188. Live in Colorado and these will be the daily driver replacing the K2's. I have bentchetlers for my pow skis in a 184 and love that size. Worried if 188 may be too long? But 180 may be short especially the considering the shorter effective edge.
I do however like the shorter turn radius of the 180. But want something a little more stable than my 177 k2's especially when ripping a turn. Want that all mountain jibby, side hit fun while still being able to rip in the trees and hold a solid turn on the hard stuff.
