Hellbent Help

Hey ns,

I picked up a pair of 2012 k2 hellbents last season and I absolutely love them. However I ran into an issue with the removable plugs on the tails and tips, I lost them on the hill :(

I looked online but couldn’t find any replacements. Has anyone else had this issue? Or had anyone fabricated their own??

not a huge issue just look better with the plugs

Those plugs almost always fell out immediately, I wouldn't stress about it dawg.

you could make your own ones if you have some nuts and bolts and maybe some fabrication skills to attach something cool

I think they’re ruined, you should sell them to me ASAP

but in all reality, you won’t have a problem with them, if you don’t like the look of it then it is quite easy to find something to fill in the hole

I had a set of Aldentes back in the day where the tips fully delaminated. I was poking around my local hardware store and found "Barrel Bolts." I was able to drill holes in the tips, epoxy the delamination then bolt the tips together with the barrel bolts.

I think if you found a pair of these in the right size, they may fill that hole nicely!
