Hey! A quick question to you mounting gurus, I am trying to fit my boots in my P15s, have them mounted correctly but the heel on the boot won’t fit. Does anyone know what width the P15 heel piece can take? Have tried to search but haven’t found an answer :)
What sole does your boots have?
cause they are only compatible with traditional alpine and grip walk

I've never came across the measurement you are talking about. If it is a standard regular ski boot it should fit so something else is going on. Can u post photos

I don’t have one that’s mounted, but it’s between the black rods that the heel sits in between
I had a similar issue with my P14s. The shop mounted them correctly. Turns out since my boot this year are brand new, the side of the boot hasn't worn down enough to clear the arm of the heel piece. You can try to force it in but I ended up going back to the shop and they grinded off a bit of the rubber of the heel of the boot and now works fine.
I can make it work, I do have other boots that will fit the binding, I was mostly trying to find the mm in between the black rods that the boot sits in
you can simply grind the bit of the boot that is touching the two forward pressure arms. The boot is compatible and will work, you just need to do a little diy fix.

This a common fix for certain boots, all you are doing is grinding the material on the sides that are touching the arms. How many skis have you mounted? Clearly you've never worked in a ski shop before or else you'd know this.
Hahaha this guy's hilarious even if he doesn't know it. Just a perfect blend of overconfident and ignorant, we might not see beauty like this for quite some time.
OP, please just don't grind your lugs to fix a forward pressure problem.
