oldmanskiYes I accept I am older. I have to do things now that I did not have to do before, such as slow down, ski to ski another day and stretch! I always had a small routine prior to skiing the day, get dressed in the parking lot(or lodge) click into the binders and go make a hot lap to get the legs all warmed up, swing the legs around a bit, touch the tips of my skis, do a basic quad stretch and I was off skiing. Now, I have to stretch every damn muscle from my big toe to my neck before I slide the slopes.
What is every ones routine, if you have one? Interested to adopt anything to assist my aging ass.
I have been doing yoga now for a year. My routine is about 1 hour before I go to bed, but it changes depending on what I need to work on. It started with obsessing over squats and ankle mobility, but has now progressed to doing more hip oriented stretches. To get you started I recommend this resource, it is the best I have found (

Here is generally how I would recommend you go about this. First find what you thing you need to work on. Then find stretches that target that need. Then find the next thing that needs work on. This process will go on until you have a full body routine.
