Any tips on how to get a bit more inverted? I think part of it is cuz I’m reaching for the grab too early/missed the grab. Also didnt really know where I was in the air/how to spot the landing

try bringing your right shoulder more towards the sky when you take off. it looks like you’re throwing it towards the ground.

When you freeze the clip on the take-off, u can see that you're leaning forward and setting it like a misty. You need to throw your hands/head back. Get on a trampoline and practice it will help a lot

Yeah it needs to be set back more. Get it clean without the grab first, or just a different grab like a safety.
