I did some digging on the prize money for FIS events and was able to find the payouts. I know this is only a portion of what skiers make because of sponsor dollars, but it helps gives insight to the realities of what these skiers are making. Im curious on people's thoughts, I'm not a huge fan of FIS, but I thought the gap between park comps and FWT was pretty big.
Slope/Pipe/Big Air for ski and snowboard is about $13,000 for first place and pays out through the Top 10. This is in Swiss Francs, but can be converted.
FWT is currently only $5,000 for first and pays only podium. If FWT becomes an official freeski World Cup event, I would assume it means a pay increase for the athletes.
1st = $5000
2nd= $3000
3rd= $2000
Here is where I got the data for those interested:

FWT Payout: https://www.outsideonline.com/outdoor-adventure/snow-sports/freeride-world-tour-equal-prize-money/
It is still way less than ski racing which has payouts here: https://assets.fis-ski.com/image/upload/v1668759811/fis-prod/assets/prize-money-al-2023-WC-Men_18.11.2022.pdf
