I lean more to the dream pop side of things most of the time with artists like Caroline Loveglow, George Clanton, Tamaryn, Black Marble... but I still fuck with the classic MBV, Cocteau Twins, slow dive, etc
I wanna dive more into shoegaze too so give me some goos stuff to listen to!

it's like top 3 album of all time for me and soon is the greatest song Ive ever heard, it sounds like an happy ending to an emotional and overwhelming dream

boogerjohnsonIf you're looking for some more recent Shoegaze albums I think you should check out Parannoul, Have a Nice Life, and the most Recent Alvvays album. To See the next part of a dream is one of my favorites that came out last year, just this Korean dude in his dorm with only VSTs making some of the most heart wrenching songs I've ever heard. They aren't quite as effect heavy as some of the classics but they're definitely worth a listen imo
Sweet Trip - Velocity : Design : Comfort is my personal favorite. It's not entirely shoegaze, there is a lot of glitch and Aphex Twin type sounds in the album so it might be a little off putting at first and maybe not for everyone, but it's really special if you let it sink in. Sounds like a robot and a human falling in love, as well as completely fresh and alien to this day. If you want just the shoegazey parts i'd recommend chocolate matter, fruitcake and cookies, to all the dancers of the world, and design 2 : 3 probably in that order.
macfiveIve never considred Have a Nice Life to be shoegaze, always thought it as post punk. Check out Giles Corey if you havnt, same guy as Have a Nice Life, but more raw and visceral. Sweet Trip is insane, so sad what happened to Valerie.
