IsaacNW82I would say very generally speaking, lightweight ski construction sucks inbounds. It gets deflected easily, and it rules out using damper ski materials that help reduce chatter and keep a ski composed in mixed-to-bad conditions. The biggest benefit I see is less weight to drag with your feet on tours.
How will you be using these, and with what bindings? If you're 70% resort or more, and are on heavier high-performance tour bindings like CAST/Duke PT, I'd go for the JJ's. If you are >50% tour and looking at full pin bindings, I'd go JJ UL.

That is what I am mostly worried about. However, I hoped that jj ul would be stiff enough for my weight.
