You're not popping correctly, the key to actually getting any good grab shifty, tweak is the pop.
Your core is also not engaged at all here, shoulders back, head up, NOT LOOKING AT FEET. Lots of form to work on there.
^^ address any of these issues noted here and you'll be floatin, most important is not looking at feet that's an immediate massive improvement, too much arm flailing is also working again'st your rotation. You are essentially doing a 180 catspin to 360 which is kinda impressive tbh but also ugly.
I would work on flat ground 360's for a bit before going for your next and then address these issues you'll be doing good 3's in 1 day.
