Replying to Auto Drying Boot Bag

Hi, I am doing a project for a business class in school and my friend had the idea for a boot bag that would be able to dry your boots, mittens, or other wet items so that people would not have to take things out to dry every time they ski. I am really just trying to research if people would want this. Is this something people would pay an extra $50-$100 for or are you happy just taking things out to dry once you get home? The details about how exactly this will be accomplished are not totally clear, also there could be a UV light aspect so that bacteria could not start growing in the boots. But just consider the idea, if implemented in a way that is effective.
