Jet skis hate thread.

In my opinion the blue jets are a scam.
I have 70+ days on my vishnus and day 3 of @jacksparrows jets they are way softer than my wets. They are so soft they already feel soggy like edgless bdogs.
Edgless bdogs for anyone who hasn't riden a pair feel like sliding weights with no stability. No pop no playfulness. The jets already feel this way. To whoever started the myth about them being the same as first gens I applaud you. You had almost everyone.

Only thing I can say for the blue jets is durableillity but even day six they have more top sheet damage than all three pairs of my skiis combined so not really.

I believe that this event of the blue jet scam will go down in ski history.

Interesting do you know if they started using that in recent years or if they always used it? I've heard Armadas durability has gotten worse in the last few years. Haven't skied Armadas since 2018 so idk

As far as I’m concerned they’ve always used it. I’ve seen some pretty old armadas with those same sidewalls

Pretty common in the industry also known as ABS. I agree with weast that UHMW-PE is superior. I try to stick to UHMW-PE or wood sidewalls

They would be a great park ski if they didn't snap or delam after 2 weeks. A buddy of mine bought them (after me warning him against them) only do delam the tip in a week.

Next thing to hate on is knees. Like why in the world are us skiers stuck with these weak ass knees that always hurt and always break. When God made skiers we should have come with a factory suspension upgrade. My knee is so trashed that I had to switch to snowboarding and I smacked my face on the trollhougen quad kink rail.
