Misfit Mittens

Yo! Just got a sick pair of mittens from my buddy so here’s a shameless plug for his new company.

He started Misfit Mittens and he laser prints onto leather mittens. There’s some stock pairs on the website like some Wu Tang mittens or a Dead Bear. You can also do custom designs and he will collaborate with you on the layup. This is the pair we designed and I’m fuckin pumped on it!

These are cool but to me they are printed upside down. I would print the graphics the other way so when you're walking around or hands at your side like normal the graphic is readable to others.

The name was not meant to represent the band “The Misfits”. More-so misfit to offer designs/ideas printed on a nice pair of leather mittens. As shown above you are welcome to come up with a mismatched pair, or a matching pair. Very open to ideas and am happy to talk shop through IG. I have done a few larger orders for brands/crews with a logo. Each design is laser engraved on the leather and will be permanently displayed.

Please reach out with suggestions or questions. If you see me selling out of my car somewhere in New England, come check them out.

Hey Zangoose, I would say they are pretty warm. Full deerskin leather, paired with a sherpa lining certainly provide warmth. With that said, they are not a $140 Black Diamond/Marmot pair of mittens. I am in VT and tend to wear them throughout the season, aside from any days it may be below 10°. A few members of my friends/family who do not ski will use them throughout the winter on walks, shoveling or to have a backup pair in their car.

This is what I thought this thread was going to be. I had the purple ones and would still wear them today if they weren’t in pieces.

I do this sometimes. Not on purpose I just have a pile of gloves and sometimes one hand gets wrecked quicker
