so basically in the past, everyone who wanted to participate would indicate that in a thread. Then we had a communal excel sheet where people would write their sizes for gloves, hoodies, stuff like that as well as addresses. Then whoever was in charge would randomize it and we would set a date and a price limit, so it would be like “$30 limit, please mail your gift to your secret Santa by December 1” or whatever. Mad fun I’ve done it twice now

It’s fun! Last time Erica ans i did it we ended up making a Facebook group since cults are dead on NS now, it was a lot of work to organize tbh but worked out well. We tried to keep it to US only though— since shipping to Europe and Canada is expensive. Canada typically ran their own secret Santa for that reason.
