Replying to Recovery from low back injury
Sprained my low back pretty bad last day of the season. Could barely sit-down or stand up for a month. Doing physio primarily to strengthen core are improve hamstring flexibility. Gotten a lot better over the summer pain wise but is VERY sensitive. A hard sneeze will send it into serious spasm for a day or two. Anyone with experience got any recommendations as the season approaches? I have no idea what I'll be able to do skis and I don't want to reinjure it.
