I currently work at a gas station 3 days a week(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and park crew at 2 different hills on Friday-Sunday, and I'm also in the national guard so I have drill one weekend a month. the park crew jobs pay well($15 an hour) but I can't work at the hill during the week. Is it worth it to quit my main gas station job and just work on weekends or should I keep my stable job?

What's the pay at the gas station? Is the stability the only good thing? Sad thing nowadays you gotta also figure in fuel costs and commute times in work decisions. Also are you still in school? (NG probably has a decent college tuition program. The Army paid for all my college)
Unrelated, but whats your MOS in the NG? After my active duty enlistment I did 3 years in the MN NG. I was a 77F now its 92F I believe.
There's got to be a better place to work honestly. Restaurant business and work nights so you can ski all day would be my go to. Pick up shifts as a liftie? Work at one of the mountains retail or tech shops?

Do you enjoy working at the gas station? If it is boring and not bringing you joy, you should move on. If you enjoy it and you are making ends meet, keep at it. Sounds like you are busy and if you can do this routine, my hat is off to you. Most people I know cant even show up to one job on time, let alone a few others!lol Like mentioned above, do what makes you happy.

Time is worth more than minimum wage. If you make more money for the same amount of time, then you will have more money to buy time with. I work for 4 months straight, but I will make enough to cover the year. My neighbour is working in municipal government and we make about the same yearly income. She works 10 months to get the same yearly income.
If you need money, keep the job.

What are your long term goals for work and personal and does keeping the job help you get to those?
Really can't give good advice without more context.
Generally worth it imo to keep a stable job. Gas stations are generally more stable than ski areas.
Where are you located/what is your rent? If you left the gas station could you pick up more park crew hours?
Park crew is sweet but you get fucked most places. Gas stations and fast food may pay more. Park crew is a cool gig but don't be afraid to ask for more $$. Experience takes time but friggjn fast food and gas stations are hiring for more than psrk crew. I've been in the industry a long time but make sure you're good, can cover rent and eat. Working for Vail that wasn't a thing. If your need to take the stable better paying job.

I would maybe make a budget spreadsheet and see where that would put you at financially after the ski season - if you could make it work without stressing then I would maybe transition out of your weekday job. Also could be worth searching around for a part-time job in the evenings that you could switch over to for mon-weds. Usually that'd be like a serving job or something along the lines of that ~ that's what I do at least and it frees up my mornings to ski! However if you have a long commute to the mt then that might not work out. Either way def back the budget spreadsheet because it'll be easier to plan out savings, rent, necessary expenses, etc.

+1 for kitchens. If you get the right place (more like right coworkers), you can actually learn a lot of really valuable things about food and cooking. It's not too difficult. Lots of different kinds of restaurants depending on what kind of schedule you're looking for, too
You're just going to have to gut it out if you want to ski, unless you have a trustfund or rich parents. IMO I think its cool your involved with the National Guard and also make time to support skiing too, so you should stick to that.
