I'd be impressed if someone was able to do intermediate weight (around 290lbs) for 1x30
I think we probably need to agree on some terms for both.
1. Must be clean
2. Can have a spotter but no help
3. 30 reps must be completed in under 2 minutes 30 seconds (a gracious 5 seconds per rep).
