owenobrienDoes anyone know any brand that will do custom sizes or any way I can get a stiff park ski over 190cm. I’m probably going to have to use prodigy 2.0s because they make 189, but I don’t like the extra width and weight. I already emailed like five brands but none could do it. Anyone have any ideas?
SlitherySnakepraxis
but be ready to pay out your ass
jimbobsIf you find out, let me know, nobody makes skis for my 6'6 ass.
ON3P would be my first brand to try asking for customs, plus they measure true, instead of 2-3cm short like a lot of other brands.
A Mango 100 or Jeff 96 in 191 or longer would be so mint. A man can dream.
owenobrienAlso I’m 6’5 and still growing, but only weigh around 175 pounds so I feel like anywhere above 186cm might be alright. What do you guys think though
SofaKingSickweight is a huge factor so that changes things in a good way imo, that means you're not looking for something quite as long. i'd say just get whatever park ski in the high 180s you can that is decently stiff (rather than buy some custom set or something)
owenobrienYea but finding a stiff freestyle ski that’s in the high 180s and under 100mm underfoot is almost nonexistent. I’m going with the prodigy 2.0 for now
BradFiAusNzCoCaPraxis does semi customs for like $400 early season so maybe try then?
Wouldn't hurt to reach out to slant skis in Tahoe City. They do everything in house too
owenobrienWell it depends on what you want. Like I might be 6’7, but for now I’m going to use the prodigy 2.0 in 189cm. On3p is a really good option, but I don’t love flex skis and would rather have a stable ski for jumps. Icelantic nomad 95 is a really good ski as well with a great warrenty. Makes 190cm I think, which would be good to people up to 6’7, but they are pretty soft so not my style. Everyone says it’s one of their favorite skis though, very fun and playful.
there are some options for you but it depends on what you want
BearsOnKetamineif u do custom you can add a stiffer flex and the butterability comes from the rocker not the ski bending
deelonmuskRossi Blackops 98 192 cm?
KilaTsunamiI’d just ride whatever AHall rides, he doesn’t seem to have a problem with whatever he’s on lol
owenobrienYea I asked him about that when I skied w him, he just said they make custom sized 1.0s for him
KilaTsunamiWait for real??!
owenobrienHaha yea he was my coach for a day

BradFiAusNzCoCaWhat size did he say they make him?
KilaTsunamiDude that’s incredible, what did you take away from his lesson?
Greg_KThey don’t list a length over 184cm for Prodigy 1.0 anywhere on any Faction website or literature so those 189cm versions must have been a special run or something. Definitely caught my eye when I saw them listed for sale.
