Shamans for touring?

I recently got my skis tuned at the local shop, and they had a pair of these skis called “shamans” by Icelantic in 161. Mounted and waxed they want 299, and i feel like this ski with a duke, or a shift would be a goated touring setup for VT, and NH. Has anyone used these skis to tour/ have any recommendations?

They seem so ill, only thing I'm wondering about is if they are as heavy as the website says. It says that the ski weight is almost 4000 grams, which doesn't make sense to me, must be combined weight.

I actually saw that too! Was hoping someone could confirm that… because if they’re only 2k per ski thats less than my enforcers, and those dont feel heavy at all.

Its a fun pow-hunting backcountry ski for tight trees... but outside of that I wouldn't want it.

Also dont get a duke or a shift just get a real tech setup ;)
