for all my fellows skiers who are experiencing back pain or just soreness from skiing, here is a super quick routine i’ve been using for a almost 2 years and it’s worked wonders for me. sharing in case anyone is tryna get in shape for the season or is just sore in general cuz it be like that sometimes.
