I don't consider myself to be male because I have a penis, I consider myself to be a male because thats just how I genuinely feel. My friend has a vagina but has thought of himself as a male with every fiber of his being since being born. I'm pretty damn sure we're never going to agree on this, but I don't consider this "catering to society's every whim" but rather just trying to be respectful of others. (I have also misgendered people before. It happens, I've said sorry and they typically respond with "no big deal, I appreciate you trying to use my correct gender/pronoun/name/etc".)
In regards to children and hormones - its not like these are casual conversations or decisions that are made lightly. You seem to be under the impression that as soon as a boy starts playing with barbies they're put on T blockers or given binders in school if they're a girl playing football. Doctors aren't pushing for more trans people, they're simply trying to help people live their own lives in the way they want and yes - kids can know at that young of an age how they identify. (Additionally I think many folks in the trans community are more gender fluid and will spend time on-and-off hormones for their entire life.)

A. Occurring at a very low rate to being with
B. Only very very minimally reduced by a circumcision
C. Can be much more efficiently prevented by other health and lifestyle habits anyway
It's just not worth it medically, which is why the US stands alone in the western world when it comes to routine circumcisions, no one else does this and yet they still have lower occurrence of pretty much all of those health conditions you're listing, simply because circumcision is virtually irrelevant to the occurrence of these conditions.
The only reason circumcision exists on the level it does in America these days is because everyone things they have the best penis. So of course if they're circumcized it's the best. Their kids will be. And anyone else is weird.
The medical reasoning for it is outdated and a stretch a best. But again everyone in America is the best and knows everything because freedom.
If we actually wanted to make a difference in preventing disease and having a healthier population maybe we could, idk, fix our healthcare system? Also funny that list mentions lowering sti's. Considering a lit of huge fans of continuing circumcision are against health care reforms, against planned parenthood, and against seeing up anything else for free or cheap sti acreenings. I think being able to get screened for free easily does wayyy more at preventing the spread than chopping off some skin on your dick, but I'm no scientist and I hate freedom.

Interesting to see that the AAP changed their minds at least twice on the issue in the past 25 years. Doesn't exactly instill strong confidence, and there still doesn't seem to be consensus on the issue either (critique of the AAP's opinion from 2015): https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4364150/
The main issue some have with the AAP's changed stance is that they based it heavily on HIV prevention through studies done in Africa, doesn't exactly translate well to the US, plus it's kinda silly to rely on circumcision to prevent HIV in a country with wide access to testing and condoms anyway. (basically routine circumcision in Africa to curb the spread of HIV makes sense, but in western countries, probably not so much).
More importantly, the AAP is the only western medical body to recommend circumcision while most European ones discourage it in all cases other than when religion dictates it. I'm generally inclined to trust the world medical consensus over a single medical body. (And again, those other western countries all have lower rates than the US for all those health conditions despite having virtually no circumcision, so it's not like this is really an important factor to begin with.)
I think of it this way:
- Does circumcision have benefits? Yes, but very limited ones.
- Does circumcision have downsides? Yes, but very limited ones.
So at the end of the day, everyone is free to weight the pros and cons and make their own decision, and like I said if you want to do it for religious, cultural, or personal reasons, knock yourself out, but per the global medical consensus, it's not a necessary routine procedure, it's a personal choice.

Circumcision has an extensive history in Judaism performed to control and damage sexuality. The rabbis proclaim that “circumcision purifies and refines. […] We sacrifice such pleasure and proclaim that, on our scale, divine instruction is a greater priority than self-gratification,” and that circumcision “check[s] a man’s pride,” that the “bodily pain is the real purpose of circumcision." “Circumcision is the “mark of the ‘truth.’” Faith in Christ, i.e. the circumcision of the heart, what is spiritual, is repudiated by Judaism and substituted with the blood letting and mutilation of an infants genitals.
Moses Maimonides (1135-1204), better known as the "Rambam,” a medieval Jewish rabbi, physician and philosopher, wrote that “man should not be hard and rough, but responsive, obedient, acquiescent, and docile,” and the act of circumcision promotes these characteristics in men. Jews, particularly the Orthodox stock, believe that the covenant with God, a man’s relationship with the divine, emanates from physical circumcision of the genitals, a commandment given in Tazria, which was the frenzy of Judaism for more than two millenniums.
According to Leonard B. Glick,1 circumcision was for the Jews “a substitute for child sacrifice,” and an offer of “submission to the elders’ will.”2 Had the father refused the mutilation of his son’s genitals, the elders’ would cut him off from ‘his people.’ For the Hebrews, the physical act of circumcision before 500BC, being the original Abrahamic commandant, was only a ritualistic prick of an infant genitals to draw a single drop of blood. No incision was made, and the glans were left unexposed. Shortly after the destruction of the first temple in Jerusalem in 587BC, a change was made. To make clear that this clan was ‘chosen by God’ and that they remained separated from the statutory laws of the Gentiles, a clear visual mark on the foreskin was added. This new circumcision kept most of the foreskin intact and the glans were kept covered and unexposed; just the tip was severed. Restoring the tip was rather easy and some Jews who renounced their Judaism, thus repudiating the essence of their so-called Jewishness, chose to use small weights to stretch their foreskin over the tip allowing them to better assimilate into the Roman world and compete in sports, or to avoid head taxes imposed on Jews.
Bris Milah (Metzitzah B’peh [Direct Oral Suctioning]) which was instituted around 200AD, a practice that stands to this day! Ultra-Orthodox Jews, including Chabad and many Hasidic sects, consider the oral suction of an infants mutilated genitalia constitutional to God's covenant: "The Orthodox Jewish community will continue the practice that has been practiced for over 5,000 years," said Rabbi David Niederman […] "We do not change. And we will not change."
The procedure involved a rabbi sucking on an infant’s newly circumcised genitalia, what is called Brit milah (covenant of circumcision): legal in America and Israel.
The Mohel (rabbinic elder circumciser) amputates the part of the foreskin that extends over the glans, what is called Milah, meaning cutting. He then shreds the entire genital mucosa with sharpened fingernails, what is called Peri’ah or tearing, and lastly, most disturbingly, the Mohel bends down and sucks on the infants mutilated bleeding penis, sometimes transferring herpes and causing deadly infections.
Premiering at Harvard University’s Sanders Theatre on May 1st 2018, Eric Clopper, a young physicist who grew up in a Jewish family, gave a presentation entitled Sex & Circumcision: An American Love Story to a discerning audience. Clopper made the bold statement that male circumcision was a “blood sacrifice.” “The Jews,” says Clopper, “in my case my own fucking father, raped me. He gave his rage to me. Let’s not allow them to rape the next generation of children.” Two days later Harvard – over 40% of Harvard’s alumni is Jewish – terminated his employment for the charge of “Naked, Antisemitic Rant.”
