Are these worth having a repair shop try to fix( i think if i skied as is water would get into the core)?
are they worth anything at all to resell?

SchoessNot worth reselling, if you are handy you could try using some rivets and a thin metal plate on top with some epoxy to reinforce the tip. On the base, you could sink the rivets into the ptex a bit and ptex or wax over them so it would still slide really well and not catch. No shop would take on that liability, but these would make great street or rail skis if you did some basic repair like that

There was a thread where someone repaired their splitting tips/tails with rivets, I'm sure you could find a sheet of aluminum somewhere local too.
Use West Systems G/flex 650 if you do use epoxy, it's the best stuff on the market for ski repair.
