Replying to Completely new setup that won't put me in credit card debt?

I been skiing on shitty skis, shitty boots and shitty bindings for far too long. I need new everything. I know this is a big ask but what do people thing is the best setup for touring and downhill (i.e. a binding and boots that can do both). The only thing I have is park skis so I'm looking for more of an all mountain ski. I definitely will sacrifice a little quality for a better price, but obviously I'd like to be able to use this shit for a while. Lmk yall's suggestions.
