Oof. I had the all black ones in a 192. They were like driving a freight train. They were full camber and very difficult to do anything with but go straight and fast.
not for their constructions. just resurrect the graphics and the 3 skis for the price of 2 deal, maybe put the graphic on one of the later Punx constructions.
god these were fun skis at the time. I had mine mounted twice because the shop screwed up and I remember coming onto NS at the time to ask Quebecfreestyler where he mounted his and how he would deal with the shop.
Except they were noodles so you couldn’t actually go straight and fast. Some of the worst skis ever.

1990's era Blizzard Thermo/Absorber which featured multicolored bases. This was back when ski manufacturers made matching poles to individual models of skis and I remember the brochure showing all the models and colors.
To me as a kid this was the pinnacle of cool design and it was the first ski I ever got on as a racer and went woah, this is totally different. Difficult to find photos, best I could find attached.
Ironically the last time I had that woah this is totally different feeling was on a Blizzard Bodacious this past year, so yea kind of a homer on Blizzard I guess.
I would give anything for a pair of 1st gen Hellbents, just like most of us in this thread. Never got a chance to try a pair but I know they are ballin.
Also Lizzies will always serve a purpose. I'll never give mine up. I've switched to tele now, I don't think swapping the Lizzies to a tele setup is a good idea so they may end up on the wall.

Skied the og Hellbents in a fresh two-foot storm at Vail. Core memory right there, dropping cliffs and bouncing out of the drop instead of diving in is something that is hard to forget.
I really want a pair of Head "The Show" park skis. I missed out on em a couple years ago when I wasnt making enough money and it would complete my set :(
