CaseyYeah could be nostalgia but compared to other skis I was on at the time the flex was just so smooth and I felt like I could Ollie a mile into the air.
yeah exactly, i remember them being so damn lively but also powerful enough. mustve been that s p r i n g b l a d e technology, whatever that meant
The 2015 Line Traveling Circus. One of the most fun skis ive ever ridden on east coast early/late season slush. And the graphic and shape were cool as hell too. really regret selling them after like 1 season of riding them
QuaggyLine Afterbangs, I never got to ski on a pair, but I was always fascinated by them... 7 layers of maple or whatever, they were built like a skateboard.
How much you paying?
WoFlowzshreditor 102. would die for a mint pair in a 180
Oh fuck yeah, I hope you mean the ones with the retro graphics. Super fun ski.
would also really like to own a Volant Spatula, for history's sake.
the late 2000s - early 2010s uber-rocker / flat camber years were wild.
Hot take: J118 fixes everything that was wrong with the Caylor. I had some real memorable times on a Caylor. But if I A/B'd them the latest J118 would win overall.

agreed on overall assessment - J118 is the move for a wider spread of conditions, for sure.
but, for the once in a 3-5 year (for me) 30in+ day, i'd still go humungo chungo - specific tool, specific purpose scenario.
for how often we're talking, 99% wall decor anyway lol.
Probably one of the best skis ever made. I had a pair I used as pow/rock/spring park skis this last year and honestly of they just made a skinnier version I'd ski that as my only ski
JAlpsAnything Kitten Factory because those were some of the highest quality skis I've ever seen,
but for nostalgia sake I think that the 2013 Opus needs to be immortalized forever.

Or, the K2 Hellbent.... just for the lolz of a 132mm underfoot ski at 189cm
Hellbents are the shit bro wish they would bring them back too

weren’t they like 800 tho? pulling an on3p before overpriced skis were cool
There were times you could get them for as low as like 400. Skis were like 600$ before the rail warrantee thing. Then 800$ after but there was a commonly known 150$ off discount during that time too.
I'd bring back the bacons from 2017. By far my favourite skis ever. Slightly narrower and before the concave/convex malarkey shit. Genuinely preferred them over my 2021 models.
ON3P Woodsman 116 187cm with that cool blue topsheet. So good. Rips so hard. OMG. I have the 109s and they're awesome too but why did they gid rid of those????

Surface New Life Anthony B editions with those cool totem-pole graphics. Obnoxiously-rockered zero camber fat skis like the Bents too need to make a comeback.

KunderaThese skis have remained famous for their design. However, having had them and ridden them until their death, they were also excellent skis, with outstanding carving properties, stability, good pop, and durability rarely encountered.
Are you joking? The mojos before them were bombproof but these were foam core cap construction garbage. I've never seen skis be so thoroughly destroyed in such a short time.
SofaKingSickdude i always wish they'd come out with a new updated version. idk if it's partly nostalgia or whatever but those were some of my favorite skis ive ever had. and like, half the notable park skiers on the planet were on them for a couple seasons, good times
I think these were the Phil Larose version of the Trouble maker. Found them for sale in BC.
yep pretty sure you're right and that's one of the phils' version of the TM. god those pictures bring back amazing memories. might need to grab a cheap pair like this for memories, damn

this.
also i'm not super willing to hate on on3p for their prices when k2 is selling the mindbenders for 950 bones this year.
skis are getting out of control expensive across the board, it's pretty sad.
Revision talismans for sure. borrowed a pair from a friend. loved the pop and energy, learned so many tricks on them the two days i skied them.
still bummed that both HG and Revision went under
