Replying to Advice for quitting smoking (spliffs)
I’ve been smoking weed mixed with tobacco pretty much every day for almost ten years. Interestingly I don’t like weed by itself or tobacco by itself, only the mixture. I’ve known pretty much from the beginning that it was not a net positive on my life but haven’t ever been able to stop for more than a weekish. I pretty much crave it all the time, and even when I am in a relatively good place with it, like right now where I’m just smoking a bowl before bed every night, I still crave it all day. I won’t go to in depth with all the negative impacts but suffice to say my social life and mental health are suffering. Anyways if anyone has any concrete advice besides just man up and stop or go to rehab I’m all ears.
