My previous answer wasn’t that good. How hard are you cutting calories? If you decrease your calories too fast you could strip muscle off. I’m assuming you’re just flat from the no carbs and because that you just look less muscular. Perhaps try including simple carbs into your diet such as rice or oats. How long have you been cutting? You need to find that sweet spot between leanness and muscle mass. It’s not possible to have good mass, be lean, and be natty. Natties have to find a balance. Also, extended cuts can be bad if you’re natural because your testosterone becomes low due to decreased food intake. Find a sustainable maintenance diet and get your blood drawn.
