Exercise is tough. It's really hard to get started but pretty addictive once you're in it for a while. Having a buddy to workout with or a body image goal to strive for definitely keeps you accountable. Set goals for weights or mile times, or body fat percentage or total body weight goals. I find I'm way more consistent when I'm either working towards a
measurable goal or have someone that is relying on me to show up to work out with.
If you smoke weed, stop. I love cannabis but man that shit is a motivation killer like no other.
Kick the social media habit; this includes NS. Don't waste time with TV or being always on your phone.
Improve your mood. Meditation. Yoga. Exercise could help feed motivation into your other goals. Eat clean. Your lack of motivation might be stemming from underlying issues such as depression or maybe you just have adhd (those drugs are fantastic for motivation when taken as prescribed).
If you're trying to start a business that's gonna be tough. You gotta have some sort of passion or drive to get to the finish line there.
