One of the many agenda items he discussed recently if his people take majority of congress +/- a third run for president. For anyone unaware, many liberal PACs have been supporting Trump candidates in the primary because they think they will be easier to beat in the general. This plan may backfire, leading to ultra conservative representatives having full control of congress.

It sounds great in theory but with how policing is dealt out in the US, I'd be worried how broadly they would apply this. Are we talking narcotics that cause a majority of deaths such as opiates, cocaine, and meth? Or would this be broad and include everything under the sun? Ffs these countries he's referring to, it's not unheard of for personal possessions to be extrapolated as "dealing" and resulting in execution.
Example 1: You get arrested with a pound of pot. It's way over the "personal amount" although not unreasonable considering yields of home grows. They charge you with trafficking. You're sentenced to death.
Example 2: You have a prescription for adderall. You sell your friend 1 tablet. Another student finds out and you get arrested. You're charged and sentenced to death.
Example 3: Same scenario as #2 except you "give" some to your friend for free because you're nice and your friend recently did you a solid. It is found out. You're arrested. Because your friend received drugs in exchange for something else (doesn't have to be money), you're convincted and sentenced to death.
Example 4: You are arrested with a schedule 1 substance for personal use but also like to carry a few hundred in cash at all times. You're charged with trafficking because bills plus drugs equals dealer right? You're sentenced to death.
Example 5: you like to grow mushrooms or weed at home for personal use. This is manufacturing and could result in a similar charge and same capital sentence.
Then you got all the people who are wrongly convicted. How? Idk but it happens. Cops are dumb. Juries are biased. People are racist. It happens.
Just seems a bit risky imo. Fuck we'd be better off establishing legal ways for addicts to receive narcotics without a prescription. A dispensary for everything except it's regulated so you know exactly what you're getting and the dose. You'd still have overdoses but not because of adulterated or mislabeled products. You think the street dealers know the exact potency of their product? No lol. They don't even know what they are selling at times.
Idk this idea feels like people are trying to move backwards. I could probably support it if there were clear delineations to prevent innocent people being charged and only fry the big fish but seems too risky with how our justice system is.
