I'm sure there is already a thread out there but I cannot wait until this clown pant trend is over. Kids wearing what looks like multi-colored mogul balloon pants. IMO you all look like circus clowns. Baggy pants are the shit and need to stay but please stop creating these Bs "waterproof" colorful ass pants, Saga went under for a reason.

Can someone who wears them regularly tap in?? What’s it like wearing parachute pants while you’re in the park? Are they warm enough to not have layers underneath? Are you more agile with them on? Cuz it definitely can’t be a just a “style thing”
Also how did they originate? I assume it was made by someone who wanted a baggy look but got parachute instead

I got R3’s, they’re real snow pants they aren’t track pants, just shells tho so on cold days or in backcountry I wear sweats underneath and they’re perfect. The jogger type taper keeps em from getting shredded by my skis, the bagginess physically feels good and personally I think they look great. Not necessarily what you were asking but that’s my 2 cents about those.

That’s sick,good to know, I wish I had a pair. Revs aren’t exactly what I meant by parachute tho. They look like they’re filled up with air even when standing still. I actively try not to be a hater but those type of pants really test my hating limitations lmao u just know they’re gonna do a million swaps and then self proclaim themselves as king shit

Don’t know if harlauts are parachute but got some XXL and the mobility is insane. In all my other pants I can sorta catch them if I go for a grab but these baggy britches feel like I got nothing on

Can you tell me a little more about them? I thought they were insulated but knowing it’s a shell is cool. Is it that mesh type material?
