Id say the hardest part is getting my legs to spread put farther. My spread eagles are already almost as efficient as humanly possible let me know what I can improve

every trick is trial and error. you'll obviously never get anywhere if you dont try.



-the hardest part imo, is determining which motions you make are correct and incorrect.

-the next hardest thing is timing. syncing up all your motions exactly at the right time.

-after that; balance (in the air, on a rail, handstand etc.) is a tough skill to learn. requires lots of core strength when the tricks get big.
