Accommodation in whistler area 2023

hey, im a kiwi looing to do some skiing in BC come 2023 winter. i am looking for medium term accomodation around early march 2023 in the whistler area. i was also wondering how easy it is to find accomodation in the area e.g how often do people sub let rooms at that time of year etc.
